- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site HSE coaching and operational support across project teams and business units.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of integrated management systems aligned with GEA global requirements.
- Coordinate site audits and inspections and support timely close-out of actions.
- Facilitate risk assessments and hazard control implementation at the operational level.
- Lead or support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Manage injury recovery processes and assist with return-to-work plans as needed.
- Deliver HSE training and toolbox engagement sessions across locations.

Your profile and qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in OHS or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ health and safety management experience, including experience within manufacturing, service, engineering and / or project environments
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of Australian regulations and standards, including occupational health related issues.
- Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Flexible and willing to travel within Australia.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
