**About the Role**
As the Lead HSE Business Partner you will be instrumental in ensuring that all health, safety and environmental programs are aligned to the newly created strategic plan and roadmap. More specifically this will include:

- Support the execution of the enterprise health and safety strategy, plan, and priorities
- Partner and influence business critical roles to increase HSE knowledge, performance and culture
- Provide support and coach your direct reports
- Support the execution of health and safety standards, guidance and tools into the business
- Assist with continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to enhance overall HSE performance

**About You**
To be successful in this role it is imperative you are a people person. This is a role that engages with the business to drive safety performance, so a new aged approach is critical.
- Experience in working with and achieving outcomes with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in blue collar, transport, resources, heavy industrial or diverse high risk environments
- Proven experience in leading incident and investigation and route cause analysis
- Experience in driving HSE initiatives and programs to achieve required outcomes
- Relevant HSE or similar qualifications are also required for this role
