We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Mine Systems Technician to join the Woodie Woodie team to drive continuous improvement; maintaining and improving the sites operational technologies and contributing to the success of our operations.
The Mine Systems Technician is responsible for the daily availability and maintenance of our operational technologies. This role will drive continuous improvement, providing technical support to other staff, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver fit for purpose technology mine solutions.
Reporting to the Principal - ICT, the positions responsibilities include:

- Provide hands on support including repair and maintenance of operational technology
- Undertake root cause analysis (RCA) and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability
- Contribute to the strategic directions of the ICT and OT systems

Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of mine systems in accordance with ConsMin servicing and maintenance systems documentation
Ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintained
Work as a team with your back-to
- back and other support functions to share knowledge and workload where possible
Maintain and contribute to documentation and the company’s body of knowledge.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
- HRWL - EWP, Dogging
- ACMA - Open registration
- C class driver’s licence
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in repairs on communication and other electronic equipment
- Previous experience designing, implementing and maintaining fleet management systems, DMR infrastructure, in-pit wireless, PtP wireless, solar skids and trailers, CCTV systems
- Previous experience in repairs on communication and other electronic equipment
- Demonstrated windows-based IT systems knowledge and understanding of networking principles
- Familiarity with Cisco networking
- Exposure to Wenco Mine
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and Technical Specifications.

- ICT and Project Management qualifications
