**About the role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Manager to join on an 18-month secondment cover, to lead our clinic teams in Tasmania. This is a hands-on role and will pay a vital part in delivering all operational aspects of our radiology services.

Full-time role available for Radiographers / Sonographers looking for a hybrid management role.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the coaching and performance of all clinical team members and Modality Supervisors
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst clinical team members
- Partner with People team to support the engagement and retention of clinical team members
- Lead the day-to-day decisions which maximise revenue opportunities and control costs of our clinics
- Proactively delivering on Health & Safety Framework in clinics
- Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic processes and services
- Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required

**Skills & Qualities**
- Leadership experience within a similar organisiation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
- Demonstrated experience within medical imaging will be highly regarded
