**General Manager - Clyde North**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists with the strategic planning process along with the Care Manager
- Manage the team of Care Managers, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families
- Manage improvement activities relevant to resident care.
- Assist with Human Resources management including recruitment, selection, appointment, rostering, staff development and performance management.
- Lead the submissions of accurate and timely ACFI documents
- Deliver high quality clinical and personal care to residents

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in management
- Experience in working within a regulatory framework
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience in aged care and/or health care
- Demonstrated business acumen, communication and analysis capability
- Staff management skills including recruitment, performance management and rostering.
- Excellent working knowledge of AN-ACC
- Experience with a wide range of IT systems
