**Lead Educators Wanted - Nursery & Pre-Kindy Rooms**

We are seeking two **Lead Educators**, one for our **Nursery Room** and another for our **Pre-Kindy Room**. In these roles, you will play a key part in guiding and nurturing the development of young learners through our engaging, inquiry-based, and play-driven approach. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and help shape their early educational journey.

**The Role**:
As a **Lead Educator** in either our Nursery or Pre-Kindy Room, your responsibilities will include:

- ** Leading & Mentoring**: Guide and inspire a team of educators, focusing on individual development and maintaining the highest standards of care and supervision.
- ** Collaborating**: Work closely with your team to develop and implement innovative, play-based educational programs that foster curiosity and learning.
- ** Creating**: Cultivate a nurturing, interactive, and stimulating environment where children can explore, ask questions, and grow.
- ** Connecting**: Build trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community to create a supportive learning network.
- ** Ensuring Excellence**: Uphold EYLF and NQS standards while working towards exceeding expectations in everything we do.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Diploma in Early Childhood Education**.
- ** Current Blue Card**.
- ** Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate**.
- ** Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate**.
- Prior experience as a **Lead Educator** is essential.
- A passion for creating a positive impact on children's learning and development.
