Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner
to help shape what comes next, one great hire at a time.

The Opportunity

This is a
hands-on recruitment role
at its core; you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with executives on senior commercial appointments to filling critical frontline and operational roles that keep the business moving.

You'll thrive on variety and pace, but also bring a lens of

constantly asking how things could be done smarter, faster, or with greater impact. Whether it's refining the candidate experience, improving hiring quality, or using insights to influence decisions, you'll have the autonomy and voice to make it happen.

It's a role for someone who loves recruitment, the people, the problem-solving, the impact, but who also sees the bigger picture and wants to help evolve how great hiring is done.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring across diverse portfolios, from exec-level and senior commercial roles to warehouse and production talent.
  • Build trusted relationships that enable genuine business partnering and credible challenge.
  • Use data and insight to guide smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas that shape how the business attracts, assesses, and engages talent.

What You'll Bring

  • Depth of hands-on recruitment experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, influencing through insight, not volume.
  • A balance of pace and polish, you love delivery but always look for better ways of doing things.
  • A commercial, data-informed approach and comfort making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for people and growth.
