**About the role**:
**Duties include**:

- Process customer transactions in relation to property addressing (street number, street name) and land information matters;
- Resolve customer phone and online enquiries in relation to property addressing and land information matters;
- Facilitate updates of land information for new and existing subdivisions in the Local Government area;
- Provide property numbering, road renaming and suburb alteration services;
- Identify land information related issues to ensure accuracy of data;
- Assist with maintenance of standard operating procedures and processes and in the delivery of programs and activities;
- Assist with projects and undertake research
- Monitor land and planning information compliance with statutory responsibilities;
- Administer information and knowledge/customer systems.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Higher School Certificate or TAFE course relating to Property/Town Planning, Land Information Systems or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of land based computer systems - minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in INFOR Pathway Property Systems and ESRI Geographic Information Desktop Systems;
- Knowledge of Local Government town planning and property legislation;
- Practical knowledge and understanding of Land and Property Information such as Lands Titling System, Certificates of Titles, Plan types, Property Addressing and NSW property legislation procedures and practices;
- Ability to interpret all types of plans relevant to the position, lateral thinker with an eye for detail and quality and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment;
- Strong commitment and focus towards quality customer service;
- Current Class C Driver Licence.
