HRM have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Café Supervisor. Our client, based in the heart of Noosa, is looking for a Café Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the business. The Café Supervisor will enhance customer satisfaction, develop café strategies to optimize profitability, meet profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Some key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure the smooth running of the café and working on the job as required
- Liaising with café staff to assign specific duties
- Dealing with customer service issues
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Ordering of stock
- Entry of all invoices into back-office software
- Perform a stocktake periodically when required
- Hiring of staff, conducting interviews
- Training, development and supervising staff
- Providing staff with feedback, coaching and performance evaluations
- Writing rosters and ongoing roster maintenance ensuring the café has 7-day coverage
- Ensuring that staff are creating a great vibe for the café
