Experienced Dental Assistant - Chatswood (3-5 Days)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Dental Assistant to join our friendly and growing team in Chatswood. If you take pride in delivering exceptional patient care, enjoy working in a calm and organised environment, and can proactively and creatively use downtime to support the team and improve clinic flow, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone with initiative, not just someone who follows instructions, but someone who can anticipate what needs to be done and takes ownership of their role.

About the Role
- Start with 3 days per week, with the option to increase to 4-5 days
- Chairside assisting with general and surgical procedures
- Full sterilisation and infection control responsibilities
- Room setup and efficient turnover
- Supporting patient comfort and communication throughout visits
- Occasionally assisting at our sister clinic if needed

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience in Australia
- Confidence in 4-handed dentistry, infection control and dental software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented
- Open to learning new techniques and technology (TRIOS, rotary endo, implant workflows a bonus)
- Able to identify areas for improvement and take initiative during quieter moments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.51 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
