VIVA PHOTOGRAPY is an iconic brand and the market leader in family photography in Australia.

We are looking for a talented **Sales Manager** to lead our dynamic team into the next phase of success for the business in one of our six state of the art photographic studios in Perth.

**You will be**:

- A dynamic and creative team player with strong sales background.
- Passionate about the customer experience.
- An understanding of the true value of capturing and telling peoples stories through images.
- Have a winning mindset and and the ability to follow process to achieve results for the studio.
- The ability to build value in our experience and products and the confidence to close the sale.
- An inspiring personality with the ability to lead a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for all sales and execution in the studio.
- Creating an enthusiastic and successful team environment.
- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing strategic partners.
- Overseeing a small team of creative professionals, mentoring and directing strategies for success and driving sales goals.

**What we offer**:

- You will work fulltime hours, 5 days a week.
- You must be available to work Saturday.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

- Fremantle, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
