**The role**:
This is an incredible opportunity for a Civil Electrical Construction Worker to join our Electrical business unit for projects in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Logan Regions. Previous experience in the civil pipe field covering Energex specifications or telecommunications will be highly regarded, however, we are willing to train the right people. A great attitude, reliability and hard work ethic will showcase your skills and enable a long term career with Pensar, which entails strong career progression (Perfomance based
- can lead into a Leading Hand role).

**What we need**:
**Civil Electrical Labourer**:

- 5+ years Construction experience
- Background delivering civil projects to Energex standards highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in trenching and backfilling for services
- Experience with traffic signals an advantage
- Experience with rate 2 and 3 lighting an advantage
- Experience in telecommunications/NBN a plus
- MR/HR Truck license will be highly regarded
- Willing to travel, work away periodically/remotely, when required
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Able to manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subcontractors
- Commitment, energy and drive
