**Role Description/Criteria**

John Paul College, Frankston is a Catholic co-educational secondary school with a rich heritage in the traditions of the FCJ sisters and the Marianists. - Be highly competent in the end to end process for payroll
- Have extensive knowledge of legislative frameworks in relation to payroll, leave, superannuation and taxation
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Possess a calm, friendly and professional manner
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide a high quality customer service experience for all stakeholders
- Have effective communication skills
- Be confidential, discrete and have sound judgement
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission
