**The role**:
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Portfolio Retail Leasing Executive responsible for leading and carrying out the leasing activity on an extensive retail portfolio for a single client across the Sydney area.

The role will be responsible for:

- Building relationships with Retailers (local and national)
- Building a strong relationship with the client
- Developing a clear understanding of the clients leasing and tenancy requirements at each location.
- Adhering to client requirements and processes for recommendations and reporting.
- Actively work with the client to ensure each location has a strategic leasing plan
- Actively demonstrate precinct and RTRL strategies to fill vacancies in line with the strategic plan.

**Ideally you would have experience with the following**:

- Leadership experience
- Experience as a Lease Executive within a retail environment.
- First class relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience building and growing a retail leasing business within an agency environment desirable
- Strong financial acumen to enable the creation of monthly financial and productivity reporting.
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Relevant real estate license per state requirements required
