We stand for innovation, smart solutions, and sustainability **Discover what we can offer you** - Dynamic role, working across multiple states and business units - Opportunity to drive improvement and change within an end-to-end supply chain function - Highly supportive management and executive team **Discover the Opportunity....** The primary objective of this role is to maintain the Warehouse function to ensure supplies of materials and finished goods are available within required timeframes and the Warehouse is operating effectively and to maximum efficiency. **This includes**: - Lead safety by example through consistent actions and zero tolerance for unsafe conditions and behaviours - Drive continuous improvement and "JDI" projects, utilising lean methodologies and value stream mapping activities - Determine, implement and monitor purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans - Contribute to a reduction in working capital by the developing plans and appropriate KPI’s to focus the business on the optimization of inventory across at all levels of the supply chain - Coordinate logistics projects through partnering with cross-functional teams across the organisation - Liaise with planning, logistics, sales and manufacturing so as to achieve optimum results in production efficiency **Discover Yourself.** We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
