- Telco industry knowledge- Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

As our Customer Solutions Activations Manager, you'll embody our values by achieving these activities and outcomes:
- Lead and oversee customer order activations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.- Establish an activation center of excellence within the customer delivery team.- Provide daily operational leadership, training, and mentoring for customer delivery activations team members, monitoring performance and KPIs.- Provide report statuses to the General Manager.- Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and service delivery.- Maintain up-to-date internal procedures, training materials, and documentation.- Conduct post-implementation quality assurance audits.- Assist in the continuous improvement of activation systems/processes.
