- About the role:

- Contribute to an integrated approach to service delivery for clients accessing the service.
- Ensure that service users have access to community resources, legal advice, health care and counselling etc.
- Develop client focused case plans ensuring clients are actively engaged in decision making.
- Undertake comprehensive risk assessments.
- Develop and facilitate structured support programs and activities for women and children residing within the facility.

- Job Security -.8EFT | 30.4 hrs (4 weekdays + 4 hrs Saturday) | ongoing
- Salary - SCHADS Award Level 5 | Pro-rata at 0.8EFT based on the full-time rate of $93,800 | + Superannuation | Annual indexation | Portable long service leave | Leave opportunities.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring;
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management practices.
- Understanding of the key legislative, policy, practice and theoretical frameworks.
- Previous experience in working with the client group and the ability to engage people who are experiencing family violence.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work or appropriate qualification as per Royal Commission Recommendation 209 - Mandatory Minimum Qualifications for Specialist FV Workers and experience relevant to this position.
