**What you will do**:
The CSM/MSI (Master Systems Integration) Manager will manage, coordinate, and supervise the IT, OT and IoT integration related activities across the design and delivery of multiple large technology projects within construction or retrofit environment.
You will provide support for the design and delivery teams to define and coordinate the requirements of the project including engineering and contractor oversight, quality control, team and progress reporting, and other related documents across a multi-stage program.
You will directly manage the integration team consisting of members such as digital transformation consultants/solutions architects, systems engineers and Site Wide Integration Testing (SWIT) engineers.
The role will require ownership of the coordination and interface management in relation to systems integration and testing activities and functions across the technology and buildings teams ensuring the delivery of the project to budget, quality, and the project program with a focus on the solution outcomes and ultimate user experience.
**To be successful in this role you will: -**
- Have prior experience as a Systems Integration Manager Lead across multiple IT, OT and IoT systems, such as HVAC, BMS/BMCS, Security and CCTV, Energy Management and Monitoring, Vertical Transportation, Analytics, Connectivity (wired and wireless), Compute and Storage, Cyber-security, Telco/Carriers.
- Have an IT, Operation Technology (OT)/Controls and/or IoT background or similar
- Experience working across all stakeholders from clients, users, and contractors.
- Experience in the review and recommendations for the design and delivery packages and contracts within the ELV and other building packages to ensure holistic outcomes.
- Understanding and influence of the client requirements and experiences
- Planning and oversight of the testing requirements across the technology and associated trade packages.
- Interface, requirements, dependency and change management.
- Manage Risks and Opportunities associated with the MSI package.
- Has the ability to work across multiple trades and disciplines
- Can multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests within strict program
- Uses a customer-centric approach to solve problems with defined frameworks such as Design Led Thinking and Systems Engineering methods
- Is creative and able to innovate and simplify processes
- Team and performance management and development
**Skills and experience**
- A highly experienced Systems Integrator ideally with a proven track record in IT, OT, ELV and/or Technology projects within the built environment.
- History of designing and/or delivering ELV systems such as BMS/BMCS, Security/CCTV, EMS, Integrated Communications Networks, Integrated Services Platforms.
- Great interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Has strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead and drive initiatives
- Has managed complex integrations within local and cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic matrix environment and work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies to achieve a common goal
**Qualifications**
- 10+ years working as a Systems Integrator, or similar, within the construction industry.
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Project or Construction Management, IT or related qualifications
- Certification and/or training in integration or control/SCADA platforms including common OT protocols and ingestion.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Industry certifications such as PMI PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, CISSP, CSSP, Cloud Technologies, CCNA/CCNP, INCOSE CSEP will be highly regarded
