We are looking for a motivated, Casual or full time Bar Supervisor to be a vital member of Three Blue Ducks at Melbourne

Our Melbourne restaurant encompass our ethos on a bigger scale. Located in Tullamarine, as part of world-class surfing destination URBNSURF, this new restaurant is led by chefs, Andy Allen, Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson, with a menu that features the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers. You also get to enjoy the perks of being located next to perfect waves - either soaking up the atmosphere or grabbing your board and diving in

We are looking for an experienced and motivated casual or full time Bar Supervisor to join our respected and establisted restaurant group. Responsible for playing a key role in the overall success of the venue by supervising the bar service to offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior guest experience and assist in the planning and preperation for the day to day running of the bar and a smooth service for functions and events.

**Skills and experience**
- Proven work experience in a high volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant
- Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge & Passion for the industry
- Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
- Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team
- Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus
- Comfortable setting priorities and setting tasks as required
- Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Possess excellent problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail to both customers & employees
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Proficient computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office is strongly desired.
- Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations
- A genuine desire to to work as a team to show all our guests a great experience with us
