**The Opportunity**

As a Client Manager, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 6 years' experience in a public practice environment.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory services and solutions to add long-term value
- Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
- Help provide exceptional service to our clients

**About You**
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
- Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
- Ability to manage and lead a team of accountants to meet client needs and firm objectives
- Ability to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
- Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB and Xero
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
