**The Role**
The Administration and Coordination Centre (ACC) provides administrative support to the Australian Defence College. As the APS5 Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of services including:

- Student course management focusing on, but not limited to: registration; session management and panelling on PMKeyS; course certificates.
- Staff and student onboarding including March In/Out procedures
- Management of staff and student records using PMKeyS.
- Providing customer service advice to staff and students on a range of issues.
- Administration of group travel for domestic and international course study visits.
- Support services focusing on, but not limited to: passport and visa requirements; Defence Common Access Card management; purchasing, and; management of ADC facilities.
- Processing of payment of invoices and reconciling Defence Credit Card transactions

**About our Team**
The ACC is a small, high performing, and high tempo team based at Weston Creek who support the Australian Defence College (ADC). The team, comprising APS staff, is responsible for all administrative support across a range of course activities including, facilities, travel, purchasing and records management in support of the wider ADC community. This position often works autonomously to prioritise and deliver across the various work streams.

The ACC also provides the primary administrative hub for international students attending ADC long courses and provides the conduit for housing and family support. Overall, the ACC is a busy team that plays a key role in providing supporting functions to the delivery of ADC educational programs.
- Has the ability to work in a small team and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Is self-driven and able to manage competing priorities and resources within the ACC.
- Is able to work in a fluid environment by remaining flexible, agile and adaptable.
- Is able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels including foreign military personnel.
- Has a strong background in travel and financial management.
- Has PMKeyS/Defence One skills including course management and student nominations and panelling (desirable not essential).
