The HUB24 Group are seeking a driven and highly organised People & Culture Administrator to join our vibrant team, and assist with administrative duties including onboarding, offboarding, contract generation and data cleansing.

**_This is a permanent opportunity and offers the option to work from home up to 3 days per week. Our offices are based in Sydney CBD._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for all new starters and leavers
- Automate and streamline employee onboarding to ensure alignment with HUB24 People & Culture processes
- Assist with administration duties including contract generation, offer letters and change of employment letters
- Review and cleansing data
- Provide ad hoc support to the broader People & Culture team.

**Requirements**:

- A formal degree in Human Resources OR recent industry experience i.e. internship
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong self-motivation and organisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
