The RBS Control and Customer Outcomes (CCO) Team is focussed on supporting RBS to have best practice management of risks, controls and conduct to ensure customers get the right outcomes. The CCO Governance Implementation team supports the RBS Group Executive and leadership to ensure governance structures are effective enabling sound decision making, meet business needs and provide appropriate evidence and documentation of decisions and escalation paths.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
The Manager Risk and Control Governance Planning and Reporting supports the Senior Manager to ensure:

- Support the Group Executive and leadership team to make timely, well informed business decisions via timely and accurate information.
- Maintaining the RBS governance committees, including the RBS risk committee, Non-Financial Risk Committee and Financial Risk Committee, Product Governance Forum, Risk and Review Remuneration Committee, including management of the charters, agendas, forward planning, paper distribution and minutes.
- Monitor and manage performance against risk appetite and other key risk measures (including emerging risks).
- Appropriate representation from the leadership team and other key stakeholders e.g. line 2 risk and audit.
- Ongoing review of RBS governance structure to ensure that it is meeting business needs.
- A formal review of committee charters on at least an annual basis.
- Timely and accurate distribution of agenda; pack and attendees management; and documenting minutes and actions.
- Stakeholder engagement including liaison with committee members and presenters.
- Working with RBS wide teams to identify opportunities for business improvement, conducting analysis and process improvement.
