As an expert in your field, you will develop strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing campaigns and producing content across all digital platforms with a special focus on written content and videography.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop enterprise-wide content strategy to boost engagement and build a strong and positive brand image
- Set objectives and KPIs to drive engagement and growth of follower base.
- Create and publish new content that connects the community with the brand
- Search engine optimisation; Align SEO and business objectives.
- Create and manage channels such as YouTube.
- Create display and video campaigns, measure and optimise performance.
- Develop and report on website metrics, developing insights

**Skills and knowledge required**:

- A degree in marketing, or a related qualification would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong videography skills
- Have extensive digital marketing experience with a knowledge of a wide variety of social media platforms.
- Have a passionate interest in keeping up to date with new trends
- Strong search engine optimisation (SEO) skills.
- Community management
- Able to create SEO content and use image and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be a natural influence and people person.
- Ability to work collaboratively across other departments
- Love working in a close-knit team who work well together.
