An aged care facility based in Western Sydney area requires a dedicated Facility Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Duties include;
- Supporting with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Minchinbury Manor.
- This role is responsible for effectively managing the implementation of maintenance strategies at Minchinbury Manor
- You will also ensure that communications with internal/external clients, key contractors and staff remain sound and that key performance targets are measured and maintained.
- You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and be an expert in conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation, and consultation

**Requirements**:

- Excellent skills and experience
- Demonstrate leadership skills and experience
- Significant knowledge of the Accreditation process
- Sound knowledge of Quality processes
- Organization skills, knowledge of systems/processes
- Good communication skills
- A positive outlook and passion for aged care
- Computer literate
- Current police check

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ROOTY HILL, NSW 2766: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
