Our client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Book Keeper and Administrator to join their growing team.

**About the client**:
They are recognised as a leader in the Australian Steel and Fabrication. The company has over 40 years’ experience in successfully owning and operating production of fabrications and installations. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products to its customers. They are located in Brisbane's North and have a long standing team of worker's in their head office.

**Description**
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Resolve any discrepancies with vendors and purchasing department
- Maintain vendor files and payment history
- Prepare and process weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check runs
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Other duties as assigned

**Profile**
- 2+ years of experience in Book Keeping and Administrator
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and **MYOB**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
