We’re looking for a **Junior Receptionist/Administrator** to join our welcoming team at **Allied Health Hub Morayfield (AHHM)**. This role is ideal for someone who may be new to the health sector but is passionate about people, organisation, and contributing to a positive, patient-focused environment.

**Allied Health Hub Morayfield** is a large and vibrant allied health practice with around 30 team members. Located within the state-of-the-art **Health Hub Morayfield**, we provide a wide range of services to the community through a multi-disciplinary team that includes:
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Dietitians
- Exercise Physiologists
- Speech Pathologists
- Psychologists
- Podiatrist
- Diabetes Educator

**About the Role**
As a **Junior Receptionist/Administrator**, you’ll play a key role in supporting our practitioners and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and assisting with check-in and bookings
- Processing payments and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining patient records and assisting with administrative tasks
- Providing general support to the team and Practice Manager
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organised, reliable, and keen to learn new systems and processes
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
- Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace
- Some Saturday and evening work will be required
Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage, but **not essential** — full training will be provided.
