You will be the Director of first impressions, supporting the business by ensuring the front of house reception area matches our highly respected reputation for our clients in all aspects.

Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous, however we strongly encourage anybody with the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment to apply

**Your duties will include**:

- Owning our reception area and ensuring it is consistently presented in a professional manner fo rout clients and staff;
- Providing end-to-end customer service and administrative support to our growing team;
- Dealing with enquiries with the upmost professionalism;
- Providing administrative support to the sales, property management and operations teams;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; Delivering excellent customer service and client care;
- Manage the office stationary requirements;
- Maintaining the reception area to high standards;
- Data entry and systems administration; and
- Assisting with marketing.

**Ideally you will be/have**:

- Previous experience in real estate is advantageous, however not essential;
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;
- A role model of great customer service;
- Ability to co-ordinate a range of administrative tasks at any one time;
- Competent in attending to all facets of the administration responsibilities of the office, assisting the business owners to implement good sound systems and procedures to stream line business processes;
- Capable of exceptional database management; and
- Experienced in multi-tasking and highly organised.

**Essential Skills and attributes**:

- Proven customer service experience;
- The ability to work both independently and in a team; High attention to detail;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Computer skills, typing speed and ability to learn quickly;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very high levels of personal presentation;
- A self starter with a 'can do' attitude;
- An outgoing personality;
- Previous experience in administration, customer service and using a variety of software programs; and
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration would be a distinct advantage as would previous experience in a real estate office (but it's not a requirement).
