**About the position**:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Customer Relations Officer to provide outstanding customer service in the College’s Reception. The Receptionist and Customer Relations Officer will need to interact with a highly diverse range of customers and often challenging situations including matters of child safety, media enquiries and with guest, parent and staff interactions and will listen well, problem solve, counsel and support and in doing so live out the College’s values.

This position is full-time, during term and non-term time, commencing as soon as possible.

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent phone manners
- Advanced MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Superior standards of professionalism and presentation
