**DISABILITY SERVICES SCHEDULER - Part time 20-25 hours per week**

Menzies Support Services is a local not-for-profit organisation with a 40 year history providing individualised, person-centred supports to people living in Murrindindi.

**Are you an experienced administrative assistant with great interpersonal skills?**

The key role of the disability services scheduler is to ensure client support services are rostered according to client requests and preferences, staff skills and availability, and within the framework of the SCHADS award. You will be the main point of contact for clients, their carers, support workers and other stakeholders.Key competencies for this role:

- Experience operating databases and rostering platforms
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- Highly proficient in computer skills
- A quick thinker with an ability to identify scheduling issues and implement solutions
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring accuracy of work
- Great organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage own workday, and be flexible and responsive to changing priorities with potentially competing demands
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and communicate with a wide range of people
- Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously
- A background and experience working in disability, community services or health would be advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
