**About the role and where you will be working**:
We are currently looking for a casual Kitchen Hand to join our team at Villa Pelletier located in West Leederville.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual methods
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and food storage areas in line with hygiene and infection control standards
- Supporting cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Disposing of waste properly and following all safety and sanitation procedures

**About you**:
You are a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong understanding of the importance of food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a kitchen environment. You take pride in supporting the preparation and service of nutritious meals.

With a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed, you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, following instructions, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
