As a Back of House Team Member, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head Chef and fellow team members to ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, utilising your culinary skills to prepare all ingredients and menu items to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking as directed by the Head Chef.
- Work effectively with the Head Chef and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality.
- Support inventory management and stock rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required.
- Strong culinary skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Flexible availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Relevant Certificates
- Must be able to commit to at least 6 months and hold a valid visa.
