**Reporting to the Manager your duties include**:
- General administration and receptionist duties
- Generate customer invoices/quotes and process invoice payments
- Schedule bookings
- Maintain client database
- Adhoc duties as required by Manager
**Skills and experience**
**We are looking for an** individual who likes to be busy, and is confident with Sydney suburb network. You must be motivated to talk to customers, understand their concerns and convert these into services we offer. Your verbal and written communication must be demonstrated in 1+ years of customer service/administration experience. Exposure to XERO and trade software will be highly regarded.
**Office Hours**
Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
