**formidable disputes practice **working closely with

**About this role...**
With proven & extensive
**expertise in commercial disputes matters**, this role will offer
**'hands on' involvement with key clients** on a wide variety of litigation matters. Your responsibilities may include:
- Drafting litigation documents including briefs to Counsel; statement of Claims; Further and Better Particulars; Affidavits etc..
- Appearing at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings;
- Management of own files according to deadlines;
- Preparing for matters before the Supreme and County Court; and
- Sound knowledge of Court Rules and processes
**About you...**
To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will be in a similar role, within a recognised Commercial disputes law practice. Solid academics are desirable, together with
**outstanding communication**. You will
**enjoy direct client contact, **including playing an active role in networking & marketing activities.
