Situated in Melbourne CBD offices close to the courts, they are seeking a talented lawyer looking to progress their Commercial Disputes career.
The firm is renowned for acting on behalf of high $ value/high profile clients. You will enjoy having direct **_a_**_ccess to mentoring from experienced and seasoned practitioners_** Your primary responsibility will be to run your own matters autonomously and work alongside the Partners on their more complex files, liaise directly with clients and a variety of other stakeholders. You will also provide mentoring support and delegation of work to more junior lawyers too.
- **_4-6 years_**_ PAE_** in Litigation/Disputes with an interest in **private family dispute work** (eg. high end Commercial Disputes with complex asset structures, Estate Litigation etc.);
- Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and good EQ levels;
- Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven;
- Effective time management, prioritisation & organisational skills.
