This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, team-centred Rehabilitation Counsellor to join a fun, supportive, and professional team. With this award-winning Rehabilitation Provider, you will be met with an interesting, varied caseload, and immense support from an experienced manager, eager to see you accomplish your professional goals. This provider is truly dedicated to investing in their staff, empowering their clients, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best results possible.

As part of their well-established Sydney team, you will participate in assisting clients from various schemes such as CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation and more There will be a focus on Vocationally Assessing clients and collaboration with the wider team to ensure the best results are obtained for all stakeholders. You will be joining a social, welcoming team who is eager to both learn from your experience and add to it.

**The role will involve**:

- A range of industry-specific assessments and services
- Case management - building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Completion of high-level written reporting
- Opportunity to expand and broaden your caseload to other areas including: EAP, workplace training.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor (with relevant registration & membership
- AHPRA, ASORC etc)
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired however not essential
- The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Good relationship-building ability.
