Our client, a SIRA accredited workplace rehabilitation provider since 1997, excels in delivering comprehensive services including case management, assessments, occupational health, and employment solutions.

**About the Position**: This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor, possibly stepping into or already in a Team Leader role, to join our client's esteemed organisation. The role offers both part-time and full-time options, providing flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle.

You will be entrusted with managing a modest caseload, leading a small team focused on delivering Same and Different Employer services within Workplace Occupational Rehabilitation. As part of this role, you'll play a crucial part in continuing the company's legacy of collaboration, quality, and unparalleled customer service.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in SIRA Workers Compensation
- **Education**: Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or related field
- **Skills**: Exceptional leadership, a genuine passion for occupational health and rehabilitation, strong customer service ethos, "can do" attitude, eagerness for continuous learning
- **Licence**: Current Driver's licence
