Support thousands of people living with illness, disability, or injury live life to their fullest potential. **Job Description**: A diverse role, working as part of a driven and energetic team of healthcare professionals providing holistic occupational rehabilitation support. Based on your clients individual outcome goals, you may undertake a variety of activities including: - Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) - Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs - Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals - Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills. Including but not limited to Initial assessments to form a diagnosis, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment and Vocational Assessments for injured workers. **Qualifications**: - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling - Full or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) as a Rehabilitation Counsellor is mandatory - A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits - A current driver license and access to their own vehicle Additional Information New team members are matched up with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and employee assistance programs combined by ongoing workplace mentoring.
