Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you'll support injured workers through the psychosocial and vocational aspects of recovery and return to work. Your duties will include:

• Assessing psychosocial, vocational, and environmental factors impacting an injured worker's recovery
• Providing counselling and goal-setting support to address barriers to return to work
• Facilitating communication between injured workers, employers, insurers, and treating practitioners
• Developing tailored return-to-work plans and case managing complex claims with comprehensive reporting

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

• Registration/accreditation (or eligible for registration by commencement at KINNECT) with:
• ASORC (Affiliate) - Rehabilitation Counsellor (NSW-based roles only)
• ASORC (Full) – Rehabilitation Counsellor
• RCCAA (Full) – Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to problem solve and work well in a dynamic team environment.
