**The Opportunity**:
As the IT Vendor Reporting Analyst, you will work within the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) and support the Vendor Manager for service vendors, focusing on data analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Review and monitor the Monthly Operation report for 3 Hubs:

- Service Desk Support
- Enterprise Compute Servers Support
- Enterprise Compute VDI Support
- Workplace Support
- Cloud Support
- Storage operations
- Other vendors and services as they arise
- Be the focal point of contact for the 3 Hubs regarding the Volume validation as per the Supplier's Contract
- Be the focal point of contact for 29 billing regions regarding invoice issues

**What You'll Bring To WSP**:

- Strong organization and communication skills to manage communication with 29 different regions and Global Hub Leads.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Power BI dashboards
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions
- Basic knowledge of IT Contracts and IT Reporting
- Can develop and implement automated processes to streamline monthly Operation Reporting
- Strong understanding of Finance and budget principles
