Let’s care for everyone’s tomorrow so we can create a better future together. **Reporting Analyst - Corporate Governance & Legal | Sydney - NSW** Due to business growth and our continued investment in data analytics we have a newly created opportunity for a Reporting Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to support reporting and analytics within the Corporate Governance and Legal division (inclusive of conduct, complaints, customers experiencing vulnerability, and social impact) to ensure Allianz can make informed data driven decisions to improve our customers' experience, and meets the expectations of our customers, regulators and the business. **Want to know how it feels to be genuinely supported to grow and develop your career?** **You'll be responsible for**: - Develop and deliver enterprise dashboards, standardised reporting, and ad hoc reporting for the Corporate Governance and Legal division. - Develop and deliver analytical insights to enable an improved customer experience and to drive business process improvement opportunities. - Deliver management reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations as input to management and board committee reporting to facilitate highly-informed business decision making. - Collaborate across the Corporate Governance and Legal division and with other AAL divisions to ensure consistent and accurate reporting and analysis. **Important to your success**: - Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions. - Advanced ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluated options for decision making. - Advanced technical proficiency with systems, visualisation and analytical software, databases, presentation, reporting and communication software and tools. - High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information. - Very good verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence **What's on offer?** - Access on-demand lifelong learning and take control of your career development. - Learn through being supported and encouraged to take on new challenges that will help you to develop new skills - Be part of a team that’s open-minded, supportive, approachable and genuinely focused on customer outcomes - We understand about work-life balance, we are always willing to discuss flexible & remote working options with our employees.
