In this Reporting Analyst role, you’ll be joining a well-established multinational automotive corporation. They are a premium global brand selling cars in over 100 countries and are industry leaders with ambitious fully electric sustainability goals.

**Job description - Reporting Analyst**
Reporting to the Head of Service and Technical Transformation and Aftersales Development Manager, you will prepare reports and insights on parts and accessories sales. The Reporting Analyst will help with the delivery of aftersales projects and contribute to optimising operational processes.

**Responsibilities of the role - Reporting Analyst**
In this Reporting Analyst role, you can expect the following tasks, but not be limited to:

- Preparing reports of after-sales products
- Managing aftersales data, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
- Support the team with preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement and automation initiatives
- Attend retail visits with the team to help teams adopt aftersales initiatives and gather insights
- Analyse and report on KPI data
- Help the retainer network by answering queries regarding parts and accessory sales targets

**Requirements of the role - Reporting Analyst**
- Previous experience in administration, data analysis or record management is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
- Very strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- The ability to meet deadlines independently and within a team
- Well versed with Microsoft, especially Advanced Excel skills
