**About the role**:
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the surveying industry and join our team as
**Dilapidation Field Technician ) **on a casual contract for the next 3- 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

As a Dilapidation Field Technician you will work in the field, undertaking a variety of tasks to conduct Property Condition Surveys on both residential and commercial properties, these tasks will include:

- Conducting property condition surveys in a variety of settings (training provided)
- Processing and managing data using specialised software (training provided)
- Interacting with home and business owners directly

**About you**:
In addition to the above you will also be able to demonstrate:

- Own your own vehicle
- Comfortable using software and modern equipment (training provided)
- High energy levels and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to a variety of people
