We are currently looking for a Field Services Technician.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly IT professional to be part of a relatively small, spirited and highly capable team responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to our unique Airport environment.

**What you will do**:

- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to a wide range of stakeholders meeting both service levels and customer expectations.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk and in person.
- Manage the deployment and continued security and serviceability of a portfolio of hardware and software services related to end user computing as well as passenger Information and passenger journey systems.
- Investigate, analyse and resolve technical problems including minor repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and support on technology within the service delivery portfolio.
- Assist in configuring, testing and installing system upgrades and hardware, and resolve configuration conflicts and errors.

**About you**:

- You may hold an IT related tertiary accreditation but must have proven work experience in a Desktop Support, Field Services or similar role.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest and passion to help others backed with a track record in delivering positive customer experiences
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Be hardworking, naturally friendly, have great communication skills, a customer focussed approach to everything you do and enjoy working in a team environment.
