Customer Engagement Consultant

We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide phone-based support to our customers during our 24 hour service 7 days a week service.
These opportunities are Part-time (8 hours/3 or 4 days a week) and Full-time with hours spanning across 7 days a week, on rotation from Monday - Sunday 24 hours.

On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment, we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the warm and engaging voice of the business that our customers hear when they call in- Contribute to the teams vision and values whilst adding value to every customers enquiry and interaction- Receive inbound calls from customers, offering resolution of the query at first point- Provide customers with information relating to their products, services and transactional informationHours and Training:
Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful for the position. This will begin on your start date and run for 3 weeks full time in office located at our Melbourne office at 357 Collins Street at 12:00pm
- 8:00pm AEST (Daylight savings) and 11:00am
- 7:00pm AEST (Non day light savings) which you will then commence your allocated shift times after completion.- We will confirm your roster at least 4 weeks in advance- We offer 3 weeks of training (during main business hours)- Are you big on work/life balance? We are too, we can offer hybrid working which is a mixture of working from home and office work Please note, we will require you to work in office for a minimum of 6 months before hybrid work arrangements can begin
