**About the role**
The Employer Engagement and Live Chat Consultant is responsible for servicing and retaining Cbus employers by creating and building strong interpersonal relationships that support the employer experience growth and retention strategy and providing exceptional customer service on the web chat, over the phone or face-to-face.
Day to day, you can expect to:
- Handle incoming service inquiries and participate in outbound campaigns to promote Cbus products, services, and opportunities.
- Manage and resolve inquiries from live chat, and referrals, following top-tier service procedures.
- Respond quickly and accurately to members and employers, providing solutions that make them feel valued and in line with our quality standards.
- Actively spot and act on opportunities, ensuring all leads and referrals are addressed promptly to meet employer expectations.
- Professionally handle and escalate any issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth and respectful process.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, reducing unnecessary steps and increasing efficiency across the business.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support our Member and Employer service teams to help members achieve their retirement goals.Ast of the role. You have experience working in a complex service environment.
**About You**
You will have experience in a similar roles, ideally within Superannuation. You will be RG146 accredited or be willing to undergo RG146 accreditation. Previous experience using live/web chat will be beneficial. You have excellent people skills and can build good working relationships with both employers and internal stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please note this role will be responsible for delivering general financial information in relation to superannuation under the United Super Pty Ltd AFS License.
