Dental Receptionist

A modern boutique dental clinic with advanced technology, conveniently located in the heart of Chatswood, close to public transport. This a great opportunity for a responsible and accountable individual who is interested in dentistry and takes initiative at work to help patients, and teamworking with colleagues. Ideally, you will also be willing to get involved in training and mentoring other administrative staff. This position is suitable for a person who likes to tackle challenges, solve problems, co-work with the team, share knowledge, deliver results, and achieve growth.
- Minimum 1 year receptionist experience required, dental industry preferred
- Be available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Be willing to carry out front desk reception, increase productivity, and share responsibility in teamwork.
- Be able to prioritise and complete daily tasks.
- Be well-presented and friendly
- Be punctual and highly organised in daily duties.
- Possess the ability to work unsupervised and create a smooth workflow.
- Be capable of picking up new skills and use of technology
- Attention to detail and be able to follow instructions and protocols of the dental clinic.
- Experienced with OASIS dental software desirable but not essential
You will need to have up-to-date vaccinations.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
