**About the Position**:
About Smiles Dental Centre Chatswood is searching for a Dental Receptionist to join their supportive and dynamic team on a part time basis in our gorgeous modern practice. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time. Ongoing training and support will be provided with the opportunity to grow and progress your career in the future
**At it's core, this role is about**:
- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly

**What do you need to succeed ?**
- Experience as a Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
