**About Us**:
We are a compassionate and dedicated care provider committed to delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to a client with Autism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Implement strategies to engage and support the client in various activities.
- Foster meaningful connections and build rapport with clients to encourage independence.
- Follow care plans and assist in achieving the client’s individual goals.
- Monitor and record progress, behaviors, and any changes in the client’s condition.

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, including knowledge of appropriate engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in providing personal care and support to clients with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, sleepover, and active overnight shifts** as required.
- **Comfortable working under surveillance** (such as CCTV or other monitoring systems) for safety and security purposes.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- CFA Certification (preferred)
- Infection and Prevention Control Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
