**About The Role**:
This role will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business platforms utilised by the QIC Real Estate business unit. This will primarily involve supporting the Salesforce platforms currently in operation. The role serves as a translator between the business and technology teams by understanding the current state of how the organisation functions and providing hands-on business process and systems analysis to facilitate definition and validation of technical solutions to support needs, goals, or objectives on projects, BAU or small initiatives.

Through direct engagement with the QIC Real Estate business unit, the role will be hands-on through all phases of the software delivery lifecycle including planning, design, build, test and deployment.

In addition, the role will require use of structured improvement approaches to identify opportunities to improve existing processes, capturing business unit inputs on existing issues and challenges, ensuring that the associated risks and change impacts have been considered in the solution.

**About You**:
You are a strong communicator with a proven critical thinking and problem-solving ability. You pride yourself on your ability to collaborate across teams and understand the needs of stakeholders. You will also present with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent relevant experience
- Direct experience working with Salesforce platform
- Demonstrable experience as a practicing business / technical analyst within a technology division
- Strong business knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally in an investment financial or funds management environment
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to
- be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and end user training.
- Process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods and modelling techniques with proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end change (stakeholder communication, business analysis and planning, development, testing, implementation and handover)
- Fundamental understanding of project and program lifecycle / methodologies (Waterfall, SDLC, Agile, etc.) with the ability to adapt and implement fit for purpose solutions
